Mr. & Mrs. Kindness Air, AKA Joel & Ashleigh Trout
Joel attended hvac school in Milton, FL at Locklin Tech in 2012. While enrolled at the apprenticeship program, he worked for a contractor. At the end of 2013 he was recruited to work in the hvac industry in Las Vegas, NV. In 2016 was afforded the opportunity to work in Tucson, AZ. Once the work was done, he decided to go back and continue to work in the Las Vegas valley for another contractor doing quality control. Finally in 2018, home was calling his name and he returned to the Pensacola area.
Shortly after returning home, he reunited and fell in love with who would become Mrs. Kindness, aka Ashleigh. They settled down in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL. Joel has since been working in HVAC for hotel and property management companies. He also was fortunate enough to get the pleasure of teaching HVAC classes at Fortis College in Foley. Once the school closed, he felt like the next move was to get his contractors license and open a local ac repair and installation company. He desperately wants to see more kindness in the world and so he decided to use his skills and spread quality trustworthy work in his field of expertise along with a little sunshine called kindness.
Ashleigh is very successful in her career and she is the epitome of our name. She was the inspiration to name the company Kindness Air. She shows everyone who comes into her life more kindness and love than anyone I have ever seen. She makes Mr. Kindness want to be a better person and spread more kindness.
Versace
She was born in July of 2016. She is a Savannah cat and is very sweet and needy. She is not a social butterfly like her sister, instead she is extremely cautious but loves her family deeper than most.
Hulakai
Hulakai was born on 2/8/2024. She is a Maine Coon. She is such a kitten and is always getting in to some kind of shenanigans. She is full of love and is super sweet. We look forward to watching her grow.
We are fun-loving and we deeply want to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. We, as a family, have a drive to be the best and to satisfy our customers. When we are fortunate enough to have a customer trust us in their time of need, we take that as a huge compliment and a call to action to provide A+ service. As a family, we try to make sure that we spread love and kindness with our lives. We want to make the world a better place. Whether for an annual service contract, a repair, or a new system, we would love to make you a part of our extended Kindness family, aka Mr. and Mrs. Trout.
This was Atilla. Unfortunately we lost Atilla in the winter of 2024. She was named after Atilla the Hun and she lived up to her name everyday of her life. She was afraid of nothing and was full of love and affection. Her enormous blue eyes were dwarfed by her giant heart, and maybe her belly too... She enjoyed an extra meal or two in her day. We miss her very much and have added Hulakai to our family to try to fill Atilla's shoes. RIP sweet Tilla Bear, your family misses you everyday.
